Dartmouth Yacht Club talk in April 2022

So in April on what was a very soggy evening I held a talk at the Dartmouth Yacht Club for their Members Evening.

Mandy, Tim and Darren were fantastic hosts and the evening was brilliant. We sold lots of cuddly seals and I received many seal images from the members who had seen seals and had stories to tell. It was a very warm welcome indeed and I thoroughly enjoyed it. As a result of this talk I then received requests to talk at the Dart Lodge, visit the NCI @ Froward Point and have been invited to both talk and attend the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta.

All in all a fantastic evening and incredibly appreciated. We received £42.50 in generous donations and sold a number of cuddly & ceramic seals - thank you all so much for making me feel very welcome, and from one evening, its massively increased our visibility in Dartmouth. Thank you.

We also realised from this that one of our regular visiting seals to Brixham has now decided he's quite liking Dartmouth - #Wavingirltheseal... instantly recognisable! (check out the 'm' shape to the left hand side of his back).
